As a new owner of a new home, you probably want to find out how much it costs and how it will work for you.

The answer can range from $300,000 to $1.5 million depending on your needs.

Here are the key questions you need to ask when deciding what type of home you want to build.

Do I want to buy a brand new home?

If you want a brand-new home, it’s probably the best thing you can do.

The average price for a new condo or apartment in Toronto is $1,721,924, according to data compiled by Real Estate Board of Greater Toronto (REBGL).

If you buy a home from a REBGL broker, the monthly payments are typically less than half that price.

Is this a home for young adults?

This is where the prices start to skyrocket.

The median age for a home buyer in Toronto between 2005 and 2015 was 41 years old, according the Canadian Real Estate Association.

Young people tend to buy houses with higher amenities, like larger closets and kitchens, which are expensive to maintain.

Is it a safe place to live?

A lot of people who live in condos, townhouses or apartments will feel comfortable living in a home that’s built for their family.

However, if you’re looking to make your new home look more appealing, it may be wise to ask yourself whether it is suitable for you and your family.

The minimum age for homeowners to be allowed to enter a condo is 20 years old.

A condo can be divided into two levels depending on its size.

There are two types of condos: single-family homes and townhouses.

Single-family houses usually have a garage, a deck, and a living room.

In addition, you’ll find some townhouses and townhomes with balconies and kitchens.

3D-printing technology is becoming more popular and affordable.

As technology advances, you may also be able to build a home with it.

Homebuyers often choose a house that’s designed to last longer than a standard home, according a report from Re/code.

A house built with 3D printing will last for more than three times the length of a standard house.

You’ll need to be prepared to maintain the home during your life as the 3D technology will degrade over time.

Are there amenities?

If your family has a lot of kids, you might want to consider a larger backyard or a more accessible walkway that can be used for shopping or exercise.

Some condos may have fitness centers.

If you live in a house with a pool or spa, you can get a better view of your swimming pool from the balcony or outside.

You can also rent a gym that has heated water baths or saunas.

Do the appliances fit?

It’s important to find a home where you can afford to maintain your home, said Robyn Cope, owner of the website Realtor.com.

Some people want to keep their home as it is and have it be as functional as possible, while others may want to upgrade it for something more functional, she said.

Cope advises you to ask the home’s builder whether or not they have any remodels underway on the home, or whether or no work is being done on the kitchen and/or bathroom.

She also advises you ask about how much you are willing to pay for a brand spanking new kitchen or bath, or if the home is up for sale.

Do they have the latest appliances?

The next step in choosing a home is to determine if it has the latest and greatest appliances.

A new kitchen should be able at least three years old and up to 10 years old for a single-use stove and eight years for a double-use microwave.

A newer kitchen should also have three years of maintenance on it.

A microwave should be at least five years old to be safe.

If a home does not have a current warranty on its appliances, it can be a good idea to check the warranty of the appliances themselves, Cope said.

She recommends checking out a warranty agreement with a manufacturer.

For example, if your home has a new thermostat, you could check out the warranty agreement of the thermostats and check to make sure it covers the cost of the repairs needed to keep the therforast working.

If the therforeaster is not working, check out a maintenance warranty agreement to see if the ther-o-meter is covered.

If it is covered, you will need to pay the manufacturer for the service.

Can I install my own water heater?

A thermostatic water heater is not always the best option, according Cope.

If your home is designed to be an outdoor home, the heat can become very hot in the winter.
